After travel reset
I love traveling (maybe not all the sitting for long periods of time in the plane) but I love all the new food and experiences. I also love the detox reset I crave afterwards and some of my favourite things to do while traveling and once home are:
🌱Use essential oils like ZenGest for any tummy troubles, Peppermint for behind my ears to help with altitude issues and give me some energy when going through the process of getting off the plane & swallowing a few OnGuard Beadlets for immune support.
🌱 Once home I must unpack everything, mostly as I can’t handle living out of suitcase anymore but it also signals a fresh start and reset.
🌱 I restock at the supermarket with loads of fresh produce, good quality juices and coconut water.
🌱 I have a cup of tea to help hydrate. Organic lemon & ginger is currently my favourite.
🌱I take a walk in nature to get some movement back into my body and help me feel grounded again after being in the air for so long.
🌱 I make simple fresh juice shots from celery, lemon and ginger for cleansing and immunity health.
🌱 Then I’ll make a body scrub & after travel I usually lean towards guasha - a mix of bicarb soda and vodka. I rinse under the shower, lather the paste on, run it in and rinse it off. This is really great at deeply cleansing the skin, removing any toxins, fungus etc from the air. It allows the skin to really breathe properly.
And take a moment to reflect on the incredible experience we all just shared together 🫶🏻
