Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 1 medium frozen Banana

• 1 cup Frozen Blueberries

• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Plant-based Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder

• 1 tsp Chia Seeds

• 1 tsp Hemp Seeds

• 1 ½ cups Oat Milk

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Snap the frozen banana into 3 pieces and place into a blender along with the remaining ingredients.

Blend on high for 1 MIN.

Thermomix
Snap the frozen banana into 3 pieces and place into the Thermomix bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Blend together for 20 SEC / SP 10.

NOTES

If using fresh banana, only use 1 cup oat milk.
