Custard Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

• 1/4 cup organic Rolled Oats

• Oat / Almond Milk (enough to cover the oats and chia seeds)

• 1/2 cup Coconut Custard (I use the CoYo brand)

• 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

• 2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup

• handful of frozen organic Raspberries

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Place all the ingredients in order into sealable container and stir gently to combine. Place into the fridge overnight to set.

NOTES

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Serve with additional fresh fruit like blueberries.
