Nut Fudge Slice

INGREDIENTS

• 100g (1 cup) Walnuts

• 100g (1 cup) Pecans

• 100g (1 cup) Almond Flour

• 200g (12) Pitted Medjool Dates

• 40g (2 Tbsp) Almond Butter

• 50g (1/2 cup) Organic Cacao Powder

• 20g (1 Tbsp) Pure Maple Syrup

CHOCOLATE TOPPING

• 125g (3/4 cup) Chocolate melts

• 20g (1 Tbsp) Organic Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Place the walnuts and pecans into a food processor and blitz until you have a crumb consistency. Add the remaining ingredients and blend together for 1 MIN.

Thermomix
Place the walnuts and pecans into the TM bowl and blitz 5 SEC / SP 9. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz for 20 SEC / SP 9.

Press into a lined baking tray and place into the fridge for 1 hour. Once the slice has set, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave. Pour over the top of the slice and return to the fridge to set for 30 MIN.

NOTES

Store in the fridge in an airtight container. This will last for up to 1 week.
