Raspberry Ice-Cream

INGREDIENTS

• 1 x 400ml (1 ½ cups) Organic Coconut Cream

• 330g (2 cup) Organic Frozen Raspberries

• 40g (2 Tbsp) Pure Maple Syrup

• 5g (1 tsp) Organic Maca Powder

SERVING

• 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate (melted) - optional

• Ice-cream / popsicle moulds

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together on high speed for 30 SEC.

Thermomix
Add all ingredients to the TM bowl. Blend together for 20 SEC / SP 10.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Pour the ice cream into the popsicle moulds. Place in the freezer for 4 HRS to set.

TO SERVE

Dip into melted chocolate for an optional deliciousness.
