1 shot Espresso Coffee
50g (½) frozen Banana
125g (½ cup) Hazelnut Milk
70g (½ cup) Ice Cubes
20g (1 scoop) plant-based Chocolate Protein Powder
5g (1 tsp) Vanilla Bean Paste
½ tsp Reishi Powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Traditional
Make your espresso coffee shot, then pour into a blender along with all the remaining ingredients. Blitz together for 30 SEC or until combined.
Thermomix
Make your espresso coffee shot, then pour into the TM along with all the remaining ingredients. Blitz for 10 SEC / SP 10.
NOTES
The hazelnut milk can be substituted for any other plant based milk.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
