Caramel Fudge

INGREDIENTS

• 1/3 cup Peanut Butter or Cashew Nut Butter

• 1/3 cup Coconut Oil

• 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup

• 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

• Pinch of Sea Salt

CHOCOLATE TOPPING

• 1/2 cup Chocolate melts

• 1 tsp Liquid Coconut Oil

• Sprinkle of course Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Place the coconut oil and maple syrup into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat, add the peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Mix together for 1 MIN.

Pour into little patty pans, then place into the freezer for 30 minutes. Once the caramel fudge has begun setting, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave. Pour over the top of each. Sprinkle a little sea salt over each one and return to the freezer to set for 30 MIN.

NOTES

Store in the fridge in an airtight container. This will last for up to 1 week.
