Sweet n Salty Nuts

INGREDIENTS

• 150g (1 ⅓ cups) Unsalted Pecans

• 150g (1 ⅓ cup) Unsalted Walnuts

• 190g (1 ⅓ cup) Unsalted Cashews

• 80g (4 Tbsp) Pure Maple Syrup

• 30g (2 Tbsp) Organic Coconut Oil (melted)

• 1 tsp ground Cumin

• 1 tsp fine Sea Salt

• ½ tsp Garlic Powder

• ¼ tsp Onion Powder

• pinch Cayenne Pepper Powder

• 10g (1 Tbsp) Coconut Sugar

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Place all the ingredients (except the coconut sugar) into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Thermomix
Place all the ingredients (except the coconut sugar) into the TM bowl. Mix for 10 SEC / REVERSE / SP 2.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, then empty the nut mixture onto the tray, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 12-15 MIN, stirring halfway.

Once removed from the oven, sprinkle the coconut sugar over the top.

NOTES

Allow to cool completely then store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
