INGREDIENTS

• 140g (1 cup) Unsalted Cashew Nuts

• 20g (¼ cup) Nutritional Yeast

• ½ tsp fine Sea Salt

• ¾ tsp Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until a crumb is achieved.

Thermomix
Add all the ingredients into the TM bowl and mix for 10 SEC / SP 5.

Pour the cashew parmesan into a clean glass jar.

NOTES

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. It lasts for several weeks.
