Avocado Smash

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Ripe Avocados

• ½ Roma Tomato

• ¼ Red Onion

• 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander + some leaves for garnish

• ¼ Lemon (juice only)

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Slice the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork and set aside.

Finely dice the tomato, onion and coriander. Add these plus the lemon juice to the bowl and stir together.

Toast up some fresh bread and serve the avocado smash on top.

NOTES

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
