Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

• 90g (½ cup) Chia Seeds

• 380g (1 ½ cups) Organic Soy Milk

• 70g (4 Tbsp) Pure Maple Syrup

• 10g (2 tsp) Organic Vanilla Bean Paste

• 20g (3 Tbsp) Organic Cacao Powder

• Pinch of Sea Salt


DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Thermomix
Place all ingredients into the TM bowl and mix for 7 SEC / SP 7.

Pour into 2 cups and place into the fridge to set overnight. Top with your favourite fruit and cacao nibs.

NOTES

For a vanilla alternative, leave out the cacao powder and reduce the maple syrup by 1 Tbsp.

If using Almond milk, use a ¼ cup less, as generally it is a thinner consistency.
