Easy Raw Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

• 100g (½ cup) Organic Coconut Butter

• 100g (½ cup) Organic Coconut Oil

• 60g (¾ cup) Organic Cacao Powder

• 60g (3 Tbsp) Organic Maple Syrup

• 8 drops Peppermint OR Wild Orange Food Grade Essential Oil (optional)

TOPPINGS (optional)

• Pecans

• Freeze Dried Fruit (additive free)

• Frozen Blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Add the coconut butter and coconut oil to a saucepan and melt together over a low heat for 5 MIN. Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

Thermomix
Add the coconut butter and coconut oil to the TM bowl and melt together for 4 MIN / 37°C / SP STIR. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 10 SEC / SP 3.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the lined tray.

Add one of the toppings if desired by sprinkling them over the chocolate. Pecans are delicious along with wild orange food grade essential oil.

Place the tray into the freezer for 20 MIN to set. Once set, remove your homemade chocolate from the freezer and break into bite size pieces.

NOTES

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks (if not eaten before then).
