Green Goodness Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g (1 cup) Spinach Leaves -tightly packed

  • 250g (1 cup) Almond Milk or Coconut Water

  • 130g (1 cup) frozen Mango pieces

  • 130g (1 cup) frozen Pineapple pieces

  • 30g (½) medium Banana

  • 10g (1 Tbsp) Hemp Seeds

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Add the spinach and liquid into a blender and blitz together until there are no large spinach pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until you have a smooth mixture.

Thermomix
Add the spinach and liquid to the TM bowl and blitz for 10 SEC / SP 10. Add remaining ingredients and blitz for 30 SEC / SP 10.

NOTES

If you are not a fan of banana you can substitute it for ½ an avocado.
