INGREDIENTS
1 whole slice of fresh Lemon
4 pieces fresh Ginger
fresh Mint Leaves
1 -2 organic Peppermint Tea Bags
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
400ml Filtered Boiled Water
Sweetener (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Traditional
Cut the slice of lemon in half and add to a large glass jar. Add all remaining ingredients, including the water. Allow to brew for 5 MIN. Strain into a clean glass jar or mug and enjoy.
NOTES
This tea is wonderful for the digestive and immune system. It may also help support your body after a meal and assist with any bloating. Fennel seeds could be added to the brew as well to further support your body.
