INGREDIENTS

• 100g (1 medium) frozen Banana

• 20g (1 Tbsp) Peanut Butter (good quality)

• 18g (1 pitted) Medjool Date

• 20g (1 scoop) Chocolate Plant-based Protein Powder

• Handful of Ice

• 125g (½ cup) Oat Milk

DIRECTIONS

Traditional
Snap the frozen banana into 3 pieces and place into a blender along with the remaining ingredients.

Blend on high for 1 MIN.

Thermomix
Snap the frozen banana into 3 pieces and place into the Thermomix bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Blend together for 20 SEC / SP 10.

Serve into a glass. Sprinkle with oats and cacao nibs and enjoy.
